Terms of Use

These terms apply to every app published by Northpine Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using one of our apps you agree to them. Apps downloaded from the Apple App Store are also licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement applies to your use on Apple devices.
Using our apps
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the apps, or use them to break the law.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you create or enter in our apps. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use it.
Disclaimers
Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Content in our apps is for general information and entertainment and is not professional, medical, financial or legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our apps, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Changes and termination
We may update our apps and these terms. If we make significant changes we will tell you in the app. We may suspend access for anyone who breaks these terms.
